Robert S. Brown
has served as Chief Financial Officer of 272 21^st Street Realty LLC, a residential property development in Brooklyn, N.Y., since October 2006.  With its industry partners, the management of 272 21^st Street is committed to developing high end, energy efficient housing.  Mr. Brown is also involved, as an investor and consultant, in several other projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Prior to assuming his duties at 272 21^st Street, Mr. Brown worked in the field of Corporate Banking for twenty-eight years.  Robert received his B.S. in Business Administration/Finance at the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1979 and his M.B.A. in Finance & International Business from the New York University Leonard Stern School of Business in 1989.   He resides in the Gramercy Park area of Manhattan and enjoys skiing and alpine mountaineering in his spare time
